Daniel Leger has spent nearly twenty-five years in institutional asset management, working across private credit, fund structures, and public and private equity analysis. That career has put him in the room for some of the highest-stakes conversations a business can have — and taught him how much of what happens in those rooms turns on the words chosen to meet them.
He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and has spent years as a practitioner of public speaking, studying how leaders from Churchill to Steve Jobs used language to move people, change outcomes, and steady a room in crisis.
Meet the Moment is a hybrid memoir and instructional book drawn from that experience — part personal account, part practical guide to speaking well when it matters most.
